Probably a bit too late in posting this. But in my small amount of experience, my former partner starting doing something along this line, but instead of going slow it was quite the opposite, the first time I thought I didn't like it, but afterwards I found I really enjoyed it. But I would come and she would pump faster and faster, the longest I could last was no more than 30 seconds (guesstimating as best I can) and to mix things up there would also be some ball busting which I found exhilarating. Well you know this works both ways, women can become quite sensitive after an orgasm too.

I think it does require getting to know somebody pretty well, even watching them masturbate in order to get an idea what their sexual response curve is, it requires very close feedback since so much of what's going on is internal.
