i am wondering...is there 'usually' (meaning more often than not) a 'natural' (meaning not forced or intentionally directed) progression from 'submissive' to 'slave' within a relationship? i realise that realtionships are not static - they are ever-changing, but is that change usually toward being 'more submissive' or 'slave-like'? Are you (generic you) more likely to try to direct the progression or let whatever happens happen?
Let me, before the whole 'sub-slave' issue starts, explain that i am using those terms to show a difference in depth of servitude in this instance. This is not how i would usually use the terms, but for this question, i am...i understand that everyone does not see eye to eye on the definitions, which is why i am explaining my use of the terms here.
Please understand, i am not interested in debating the differences or definitions of those terms here - that's been done elsewhere.
Perhaps there are better ways of saying this, but i'm not able to think of any right now.
