Your question has 'sort of' been answered. Also addressed is the non-submissive nature of your question. But no one has yet offered you a safe and appropriate alternative. I am a little surprised. So. In the interest of health and safety I would like to point out that there is more than one way to do anything.
In order to safely satisfy the request before you, you must first get the guys pants off. That should be no problem, guys ALWAYS take their pants off when ladies request. The second thing, which might be a little more difficult, but which is much more important is, you must secure the fellows hands. Say, a count of three. Then slowly release the pressure until the fellow relaxes. Count to three. Slowly apply pressure again, just as before, until the guy reacts. Hold for a three count. Slowly release until he relaxes. Continue as long as it takes to make him safeword, following the signs his body gives you. Adjust the pressure, and the tempo to suit your best judgment. Feel free to tease his cock with your free hand, and anything else you can think of. He will thank you for it, I assure you.
