It seems unfathomable OP that you don't understand the basics of keeping personal material private, unless you're worried about the woman and what she might say to others? If that's it, well, there isn't any way to absolutely prevent it. I will say a casual relationship is more likely to break off and leave you exposed, so it might be in your best interest to forge a long term bond with someone and it goes without saying that you'd have to trust them immensely to help you keep your secret.
There isnt any way to ensure that someone won't spill the beans at some point so either take the risk or stay away from the situation of giving someone material to expose something about you that you don't want known.
