The interesting thing is that, in RL, I have met, known, been friends with and even been a housemate with various lesbians. I have never met one that hated men. They didn't want to bed one (hell, I don't either) but they didn't HATE them.
As a result, when I see a profile of one of these "Man Haters", the first thing that goes thru my mind is some fat, hairy-backed 60 year old dude wanking with another hairy-backed 60 year old dude as they have blissful "Lesbian Cybersex".
All of the lesbians that I have been privileged to know have been decent, non-man hating people... with one exception. When I was in college I knew a honest to god, radically millitant, "men are to blame for everything" man-hating lesbian. I mean she was one crazy cunt (and I don't use that word often). So, they do exist. However, I am of the opinion that such responses as I have occasionally gotten here are more the result of somebody already having a bug up their ass about something and they are more likely just taking it out on me because I happened to present myself as a target at the right moment. Either way, it doesn't really matter... I still got to see them nekkid (heh, heh, heh). [:D]
