Dom is correct for both males and females. Domme is also correct (although some purists will argue otherwise) for females.

Yes, as a matter of fact, that is the new word for the male dominate in my House from now on, "chopped spinach", so after I warm her soft blushing red skin up with my hand, you know, and before addressing her impertince with my leather, I'll pause for effect and then call out over the crashing loud heavy metal music I used to mask my approach to the bound and silk blindfolded victim, "WHO AM I?", and she will respond "chopped spinACH!" as my hand lands in time with the last syllable as if to emphasize the lack of importance to such handles and the great importance of substance.
