I really dont know.. people in the US have been known to go a tad overboard.. like the guy that sued his drycleaner for something like a million bucks cuz his pants were damaged.. or the time McDonalds was sued cuz their coffee was too hot.. If he is one of those types then he might not want to settle or be reasonable about it.. I would think her profession would be fraught with all sorts of liability issues.. [&:]

I think you also have to define "grope." - Not that ANY form of unsolicited touching is defensible or acceptable. However, "grope" is a word that gets used in order to define a certain motive. The thing is that too many horny guys go directly from bondage porn, to online pay-as-you-go, to the Internet portal of a pro Mistress. But do these guys have any real idea about protocol? Are they even really submissive, or just finding a live twist for their old and overwrought Internet lusts? It wouldn't surprise me if one of these yahoos forgets himself and reaches out with his hands. But cluelessness doesn't necessarily call for a broken hand. Part of the reality of doing pro sessions is that you're not always getting guys who have any experience, decorum or common sense.

You can't insure yourself when you're doing something technically illegal. The slip and fall type thing, sure, we had that on our space, but not "I hate you" protection.

I expect businesses involved in seriously dangerous sports (like bungie jumping or sky diving) have docs you sign absolving them of the risks of proceeding..
