Hi everyone. Thank you for providing a forum to ask this question.

Is the idea of transforming a sub into something else (forced femme, forced bi or other objectifications) strictly an element of fantasy, or do some Dommes enjoy that kind of activity?

It's clearly a big part of submale fiction, but I've been involved in BDSM relationships in various ways for about 10 years, and have never met a Domme who wanted to transform a sub. I don't mean that as a criticism, the Mistresses I've met have been funny and really had great skills and turned out to be neat people. We had a lot of fun (or I hope they did, too).

But there has always been in my head this idea of having my appearance/personality/ sexuality reconstructed and redefined by someone else. Does anyone desire to take that level of control/responsibility? Or is this just something that should be left to fantasy.

That is what he wanted, someone that would. I had never been interested in having a cd, or sissy before. Well, I do like to transform My slaves internally. I've never done a sexual transformation, 24/7 (such as sRS) but I have done sissy training as a scene.

When I transform My slaves, I do so on four axes: body, mind, heart, and soul. For the bodily transformation, I work on posture and bearing, teaching them how to carry themselves as chattal slaves proud to wear My Collar. For mind, I give them reading to do, I teach them not only about BDSM (and frankly, many of them have read more than I, in some areas!) but also on animal-cruelty issues, human rights abuses, things outside the scene so that they may become more well read and socially conscious. To mould a slave heart, I train them in emotional areas, such as meekness, kindness, responsibility and loyalty. For the most precious component, the slave heart, I teach them how to pray, how to see miracles in everything around them and to worship the Feminine aspects of Divinity.

When a slave becomes worthy of IHEH ( IN Her Excellency's Household) he is a creature a cut above many other subservients. My First servitor and lifepartner is IHEH and stands proudly, transformed from the woman she was 20 years ago who apologised for everything and accepted the "slings and arrows of outrageous Fortune" as her due. She has gone from depressed and ashamed to confident and owned.

True transformation, however, can take years. Deep psychodrama, re-enacting past trauma, study and repetition and, sometimes as in plastic surgery, things being broken (metaphorically) and re-set.

Not easy work, but WELL worth it in the long run.

I don't think it's just for fantasies, I think it's a long term process the way I prefer to take it, if I am going to transform my sub (as I am currently doing) I want him to be realistic and modify all aspects of his behaviour and not just simply put him in female clothes. This of course is personal preference, but in answer to your question I do get pleasure from seeing his progress in building a convincing attractive female persona.

I for one, do not care for fanasty, if that were my interests I would simply buy a Television. When I touch a male, it is REAL for the time we are together. Am I into FORCED bi? No, if you list it on your click list then it isnt forced but desired, no matter what the reason. As to CD's, that too would not be forced, if you list it, then it is desired. The click list is on no real help to me, which is why I did not use it. INTERESTS, are so limiting, and how we each interpret its use. What you say on the comments side tells me more about the male and how truly submissive they are.

I have never felt the need to be transformed, though I do transvest now and then - grin - complete with beard and moustache (have gone shaven when required).

It is more to do with sensuality for me.

if i might ask, what was it about the chemsitry that made you make the decision to explore the areas you hadn't thought about before? Or was the idea just too intriguing to pass up?

it seems that your transformations focus on making your subs better/more complete people. What a wonderful gift you give me. They are very very lucky,and i hope they all appreciate the efforts you put forth on their behalf.

i'm curious, though. have you ever wanted to change thngs about them in a negative/neutral way? remake them away from their tendencies?

Yes, I do put quite a bit of effort into My submissives. If they were not worthy of My efforts, they would not be worthy of Me! Some do appreciate it, some do not, and the ones who *currently* do not are on THIN ICE right now! :) I am about to do My first Selection wherein several very surprised subs are NOT going to make the cut!

I think the list will go down from about fifteen to *four*! About standard for ratio of applicants to 'keepers'. Currently I have a rather wide open somewhat lax policy on my website and am encouraging slaves and subs to read my Lessons. Those who respond are the ones I shall retain. From that small pool will emerge one or two who might become a live-in or regular retainer. The rest will have learnt more about the philosophy of BDSM and might make good subs for a less demanding Top...

My first four Lessons (Edicta and Mandami) deal with the preparation of the four aspects of the slave. Slave body, slave heart, slave mind and slave soul, corresponding to the physical, intellectual, emotional and worshipful parts of the pewrson at My feet. Exercises are given for all four aspects, once the Lessons are entirely online, and My submissives and slaves will profit by them.

One reason I take so long to get to the "Whipe me, beat me, make me write bad checks!" part of BDSM is precisely to weed out the ones who do not WANT, with all their body, mind, heart and soul, to become a slave. The ones who read and day "Yes, yes, get ON with it!" may go with My blessing, and find another *quicker* Domme! The ones whose hearts are IN it will read every word and find, on each level, things to nourish and sustain them. THEY are the keepers!

In my life, I have had (among several) three really good subs! One is with his new Mistress and flourishing wonderfully, one has gone on to become a Dominant, and one is still resident with Me, she is My First and Best. If I find another, I shall be very blessed, indeed, and will lavish on him or her ALL My best efforts, as I shall expect all and the best of him or her!

I have had some compelling discussions with my sub about the trates of gender, and he is intrested in the breaking down of those barriers and expiriencing everything in a different way. I believe that the through the process of transformation and also when complete taking on a different role both personally and publicly leads to great advances in some submissives development.What dictates my choices is very much a case of pacing the progress with the submissives mental adjustments.
The key elements of change... hmmm well the change has two important segments the physical and the mental. A true mental transformation is my desired effect however I use the physical transformation as a tool to aid the mental progression. Through getting someone to feel sensual and natural within their female persona tends to change the way they view things when they are in the role. I personally do not transform my submissives perminantly I have him simply modify his behaviour for specific events or some days within my control. I use a lot of different methods to modify behaviour from observation through to writing reports and breaking things down into the mechanics, some reinforcements and repetition however most of the "practice" is done in his own time and then when he is satisfied the result is good enough for me to view he will show me the particular aspect of behaviour he believes he has become competant at. This all of course happens within deadlines but with enough time involved for the process to be a natrual journey and not feel too forced.
I do not tell a sub who is being femenised what they like or enjoy because to so this the persona becomes my creation and not their own and therefor they usually will not learn as much from the expirience. I am not doing this for the purpose of humiliation or sexual desire and pleasure I am using it as a thought provoking expirience and a development of understanding.
