Status: offline 		If you want to be a Master you must study for years at a mysterious chateau, preferably in France. There you will get a certification in, or Master’s degree in all things Dominant. After that you have to train at least 10 slaves up to at least level 10 slavery. Upon completion The United States Board of Dominants will bestow upon you the title and designation of Master (and all honorifics pertaining to).

That or get one submissive to believe you are her Master and refer to you as such.

OP, to answer your question, I would say the first suggestion that I have for you would be to be a man of integrity.  Nobody is going to consider allowing you to tie them up if they don't trust you.

but as you date her... and get in a relationship... you just start introducing things slowly to her... things that you would like to 'try' and once you have built and proven trust... you can begin experimenting more... and getting her to do as you please... until the point you have dick whipped and she will do as commanded.

Dude, this is ridiculous. Have you had any real time experience at all? No....any woman cannot be converted into an s type. It's absurd to think so. There are Dommes after all and a whole contingent of women, lesbians for example, that will simply not be "dick whipped". "Commanded" either. This is a good technique to use with a receptive woman with the going slow and experimenting more as trust builds, but it might not ever lead to dick whipping and commanding. Saying "any girl you like" is pretty much a blanket assumption, and assumptions are usually hilariously inaccurate.
