FR it seems no one understands the difference between regulations and rights. States: While having power to neither grant nor remove an individual right, the Supreme Court has legally recognized some fundamental rights not specifically enumerated in the Constitution, including: - The right to interstate travel
- The right to intrastate travel
- The right to vote
- The right to privacy (which includes within it a set of rights)
even the dipshits at wiki do not say one has the right to DRIVE and make the distinction between driving and traveling. We all have the right to travel. The Amish are traveling. regulations are not laws they are rules. thats what is so much fun arguing law with plebians, but then that is why they are and will forever remain plebes. All I see here are a bunch of asswipes more than willing to stomp on and STEAL other peoples RIGHTS for their personal CONVENIENCE of driving out of control.
