They are very rare. Most don't recognize them, which makes sense..you've spent the money in the USA, and most don't have agreements that would allow for that money to be reimbursed to the the other country. (Hope that made sense, I'm not fully awake ;) )

Yes they still use the labs although I use a pet bunny & wash her off afterwards ready to use again, I've turned green.

I doubt she is worried about TOS. It is against CM TOS to name people in your journals and that didn't stop her.
