only a faker would object to proof before meeting someone.

sp arranging to meet a person you have no idea who they really are is a sensible thing to do? hahah no webcam or digital proof first..both ways

A little paranoid? Always ALWAYS ensure the first meeting is somewhere nice and public. If the 5'2" pretty young lady you thought you where meeting turns out to be a 6'7" male steroid freak with an axe in his pocket and a mad glint in his eye, he isn't really going to try anything in the middle of a few hundred passers by.

Admittedly I normaly choose the place in order to make the young lady feel safe and relaxed, I'm a 6'2" ex-bouncer and am at significantly less risk from anyone unknown.

I dont find it to be a necessity.
I dont pick submissives by what they look like or how big their worm is.
Its better to chat for a bit and then just meet.

When it comes to meeting someone,I have met in Public....But most often meet at My home, where the Dungeon is.While My dungeon may not be huge its well equipped and only person has ever gotten mouthy enough that I had to send him home.

I use my webcam to chat with my family who live 2000 miles from me. For everyone else, I invite them to attend the munch I go to if they want to see if the pics I have posted are really me. I've meet, hmm.. 8 or 10 people from collarme so far.. plus the ones I knew before we all ended up here. Never needed a webcam with any of them, so I guess I'm not at all logical or sensible. ::chuckles:: I'm more into 'locals' than long distance though.

how logical and reasonable is it to ask people to prove they are who they say they are on webcam?
surely a sensible and logical person can see why its essential?

You truly are a one trick pony. In the begining of this month you posted a similar thread which died the death it deserved when a mod locked it down. All you want to do is come here and stir up trouble. It is fairly apparent that is all you intend to do.

To the others reading this thread... do yourself a favor... read the earlier thread. Then you can see what this guy is really all about.

Sometimes my concern is safety.  And sometimes I find someone so obnoxious that I respond in kind.  So far I've met only one Dom/sub couple on here that I'd risk a meeting with.  And since we're states apart, that will take a while if it ever happens.  Which is fine.  I'm enjoying just getting to know them online for now.

As for your comments.  It's insulting to just go around calling people fakers simply because they object to you demanding that they do something before you'll refrain from calling them fakers.  Not that I personally care what you think about me.  You do have every right to your own thoughts, opinions, and precautions.  I have the right not to agree with them.

Eventually, if those people who I've made friends with and I decide we might want to develop our relationship further and they want a phone call or webcam or whatever... then I might consent.  Of course, by then it probably won't be necessary.  They already know me fairly well after a month of chatting.

Ohhhhhh, THAT one.  Hadn't noticed that it was the same guy.  Thanks, Gauge.  *points and laughs at killerdarkman since it's obviously faking at being a man or even human*

The fact that you believe normal people would understand anything that you think is way beyond the scope of my capacity for rational thought.

You stated your opinion and I called you on it pointing out the fact that all you want to do is get attention. However, don't let me spoil your fun... I will just wait for the mods to do that.
