I've used the original Bon4, and a stallion guard type device from Extreme Restraints, so I have no comparison to the CB models.
The pros would be that the stretchyness of it being silicone makes it comfortable for daytime wear. But the huge base ring makes it uncomfortable for sleeping. But having never been in a belt with a smaller base ring, it's hard to say if it makes a difference, but I would imagine if the ring wasn't so bulky it would be more comfortable. The more ridgid stallion guard I had made erections uncomfortable and painful. The silicone cage makes no difference as it has some give to it.
It's definitely not the most hygienic belt in the world... it's so tight of a cage that I find it hard to keep clean in it and would ideally need to be taken out every day for it to work long term. It's also not very secure in the sense that with some soap and water I can slip out of it whenever I wanted, but as much as I tried I can't get back in. So when playing with the GF, there is definitely proof if I cheated, but you could probably say the same for any belt.
