Got to ask... how are you going to get an erection after you numb the poor thing?

Botox is a neurotoxin

These injections reduce or completely eliminate fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, neck, and forehead. They also reduce unsightly crow’s feet from around the eyes. Botox injections achieve this by blocking the nerve impulses, effectively paralyzing those muscles that are responsible for the appearance of wrinkles.

Dont judge me because I sin differently than you.
If you want it sugar coated, dont ask me what i think! It would violate TOS.

This was my first thought.  But then I've never done any research and don't know much about botox, so I went to my good friend google.  What I got from a quick glance was that it doesn't cause numbness.  Stupid google, always messing me up.

If someone wants to inject... this is the way to go.

Had a patient once who took too much... 6 hours later he was crying like a baby.

People with over active bladders often have something called a cystoscopy for intravesical Botox injections. Up the urethra, through the sphincter and into the muscles surrounding the bladder. Not quite a cock shot but what a head fuck!!

The Botox would have to be injected into very specific places on the cock and even then its unlikely it would stop you getting an erection but being able to sustain an erection would be more of a problem. Viagra is for blood flow and blood flow isn't hindered by Botox.

One of the symptoms of a broken back/spinal injury is Priapism. They might not feel it, but the penis is erect. I have no idea how a botox/viagra face off would end.

EFTypos.
