It seems there was outrage when Obama was running about him using the name "Barry" while in college.  Even though when he ran he only ran under his real name.

So why does Willard get a pass from the very people who screamed so loud about Obama

Mitt is only a nickname not his real name.  It's Willard Romney not Mitt Romney

Good question. Maybe it's just the level of vitriol towards that candidate? People who virulently hate would seize on ANY smidge to tear someone down.

I'm truly shocked .... almost speechless! Is there a suggestion that our resident Obama haters are operating a double standard? A hint that race might be an issue here? Or merely one rule for Dems and another for Reps?

It is hard to get passionate about the president selection (more appropriate than election) this time. We have "White Obama" [Romney] against "Black Obama". How many people will even show up to vote? I hope the playground will change, we still have some time left.
