I cannot imagine VAA as being anything but fine in the end...a boyfriend of mine had this same procedure for his heart attack when they first started going this. He's alive and kicking into his seventies. After coming home from the hospital way back when, he had a nitro patch and some other meds, had to cut out all cholesterol and saturated fats from his diet for a while, and take up walking and later on, jogging. (He was allowed to have sex as soon as he got home.) I am sure the doctors have learned so much about this in the past twentysomething years...cuz another friend of mine, Steve, had a heart attack in the past two months and he is fine now. Lots of people are surviving and doing quite well afterward, as long as they behave and follow their doctor's advice. Alpha, you cheated death like I did (High Fives), so there must be something lucky in the water here at CollarMe. Thank you for putting up with us, and I hope you are on the road to recovery soon.
