i would think a Domestic Dominant is the HOH in a Domestic Discipline home. ie...married couples who aren't involved in BDSM, but do practice what some consider a 50's household.

I think it's a person who wishes only someone to perform his domestic chores. Housecleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. and nothing else. He probably works out a schedule and calls in to check that things are being done to his schedule. Probably has to have the fringe straightened and the vacuum cleaner tracks all running the same way.

I have two guesses, as I've not heard the term before either.

One is that he's a SAHD (stay at home dad) type, dominant but from the household without the traditional male dominant view.

The other is, as someone else said, someone who is into the "domestic discipline" thing which basically tries to romanticize and capitulate the stereotypical domestic view of husband and wife (think idealistic 50s type household).

The first thing that came to my mind was that it's a Dominant who is very home and family oriented.
