Kind of a problem coming around for me, when first coming into the lifestyle the first two mistresses I had I found where very bad people, people who mistreated me, and also where not very good people in thier own right, people who normally I wouldent have ever associated myself with, perhaps even gone against. When looking at CM today I found that one of them just recently joined, and it started bringing back memories of it all, so, I guess as a generl question to the community, what do you do when a horrible person from your past suddenly turns up right in front of you?

You have a few choices. You can block them. You can play the waiting game and see if they've grown/changed since your own interactions with them. You can leave collarme. You can dwell on it so that it eats away at your soul. You can do what you are doing now.. just enjoy yourself here and leave it at that. It's all about the choices which 'you' make for your own life, Rum. I'd suggest, if this person starts to bother you.. just block and they will cease to exist in your universe. Hey Rumtiger hold your head high, stand tall and rise above it. After all it is in the past. It is not like they just got a job where you work and you have to sit next to them and look at them all day. Put the past behind you and let your current spirits fly high.

Just put your two bad experiences down as hard lessons lernt and not to be done again and as you have done move on with your life and your search for the right person. As to the one you are talking about you do not have to look at her profile and there are so many others that your mind will be busy any way,as already stated if you are contacted by the person you can make up your mind what to do. Just stick in there and dont let them win again by you leaving the site. Take care and just enjoy all the other parts of CM.

Well, Kill Her! Go over to her house, rip her computer moniter out of the wall, and beat her about the head and shouldars with it. Then use the power cord as a garrotte. Seriously though, I woud just put it out of your mind and not worry about it.

Who says you have to do anything until they enter your universe again? Simply because one of your past demons, pardon the vague pun, has turned up on CM doesn't mean much of anything. Generally, when people from my past show up, I know there will soon be blood on the dance floor. Occassionally, though, differences fade over time and things are a bit easier the second time around. Best advice I could give you is just let the whole thing drop and press on with the day. If this person contacts you, see if they have changed. If they have, go with it, since they might be someone decent, in your mind, now. If they haven't, tell them to sod off.

Having just recently gone through this situation, I understand your concern. I while ago, I allowed someone to break my heart and I kept going back for more (silly me, I know)... I then found out that this person had done there best at getting me involved into a situation which threatened the safety of myself and more importantly my children. It was a very frightening time and I was lucky to be surrounded by friends that were willing to protect me and talk me down from arranging something silly when things went too far. It took alot to ignore what he had done, but I managed and I think I came out the other end a much stronger person. As it happens, I have bided my time and he is now the one experiencing problems - I havent done anything illegal, but I have slowly skinned the b*stard.... and what fun it is to watch. My advice would be to watch from a distance and pounce when you get the chance - but dont forget to laugh at the same time! Humour is a great healer.

No offense meant, but relationships take 2 ... and maybe the person you speak about has a different view of events to you. They truly are for the two of you to resolve or walk away from... but certainly not up to members here to take sides. Brosco

Block and delete, Rumtiger. That person is the past for you. Let them stay there...doesn't really matter what her take on the relationship was, you've your own life to live. As Ivana Trump once said, "The best revenge is to live and live well." (paraphrased).

Unfortunately most of us have had this happen to us in our earlier days. We've allowed someone to mistreat us and mistaken it for dominance. You dont have to allow the presence of this person/persons on a bdsm site to bother you. It's not exactly like you're in a room with them. Just go about your business. And unless one of them contacts you, don't let it affect you. If they do write, you just block their mail. Otherwise, don't make it into a problem for yourself. Nothing is any different for you today than it was before you realized they had joined; except that you are perceiving something as a problem when it hasnt even effected you. I think---and I could be wrong---but I think you are worried about your own self-control. Maybe you are thinking about contacting??

Seemed to me she was making a point based on something she had experienced.
