Yup! She'd have to have wages to be eligible.
When I was a full time volunteer at a yoga center they listed my room and board expenses as a salary. A friend who is a volunteer at another yoga center receives unemployment when they shut down for the winter.

That's my understanding. They would have to put a dollar amount on her services, it can't just be listed as services. After all, worker's comp provides lost wages and life insurance based on wages....if there aren't wages...
