When I was in Arizona, the neighbor next to where I was staying was cooking them on a grill. I wasn't brave enough to try them....but that was the first time that I ever got to handle a rattlesnake.....glad they were dead. I also learned from him that they can strike even after they are dead.

Alright..next one..reaching out and... ohhhh no.. Ugh....gimme a sec...gotta choke this down. ugh..okay, this was pretty gross, in fact this is a three pointer. one point if you can tell me basically what the food is, two points if you can tell me the native word for the dish, and three if you can tell me what kind of animal it is. this is a definite 10 on the exotic scale. i'm still shaking from it lol.
