That is insane!

What I don't understand is why with all those people standing around taking pictures, why didn't one go to each end of the street, and warn and STOP people from driving down that road. That's nuts! Most of that could've been avoided.

Sadly, I think most people would rather stand around and gawk, rubberneck, laugh and take pictures on their phones than prevent any of it. What fun would that be?[8|]

I am just thanking whatever diety is responsible for the fact that where I drive, I have only had one day of driving in a snow storm. I haven't even had to dig out the big snow scooper. Everything has stayed north. Last week, we were supposed to get 6-8 inches. Iowa City got less than 2 and it's nearly gone. At home we didn't get any.YAY!!!!!!!!

No. I would rather watch them play in the pool. Unless of course, it is at the new pad in Colorado. That is an entirely different party there.

I am anti Iowa winter.

Actually both horses seem to like it. They start running around, bucking and playing. Unless it's really cold and windy. The last few days they've been more covered in crusty mud due to thawing.

Obviously snow is rare in that place. Firstly all the cars are driving on “summer tires” or they wouldn’t behave like that. Secondly the drivers display a shocking lack of skills, but I have seen it before. I lived in Johannesburg, South Africa for many years and we rarely had any rain in winter. But one year we had 4-6 inches of snow. It hadn’t happened for 25 years previously. Everybody went totally crazy and the ones venturing out in their motorcars where even more hilarious than those in the video.

On the other hand I have been to northern Sweden, Norway and Greenland and the drivers there handles it beautifully. But again they do drive on it 3 – 6 month a year.
As they say, practice makes perfect.
