There can be anything that you negotiate. I have done the TPE thing for weekends, and it's a fun break from "regular" d/s. It's also a good way to find out if you want that kind of thing, and if there is real compatibility between you for that kind of relationship.

Think of the lifestyle as the world. Think of all the millions of different things that we now know to be possible with in the world... The life style is so much like that. Any session that you go into, with a firm agreement that you will be the sub and he/she will be the dom, is a short term TPE. So, no there is no set time limit, but paradoxically, there is always a time limit.

All things are limited by time. Even in a lifetime TPE arrangement, someone usually dies first. I had an agreement with my ex that I would take her to the taxidermist and have her stuffed if she croaked first. That way she could continue to serve after death.

I love to do a TPE exchange for a weekend. I am very dominant in my work life and I cannot just switch that off when I walk through the door of my house. So doing TPE weekends or vacations is a welcome change for me.

Yes. I do it myself. Most of the time me and the gal pal are just that... friends with benefits. But a night or two a week, a weekend out of the month or a couple of weeks at the cabin in the woods and I AM THE MASTER... and she is a a lowly, naked, hard working, obedient, slave. Oh man, I can't wait for spring when we can open up the cabin again. [sm=insane.gif]
