If you had been paying attention, you would see that the profile in question is already down along with several others. If you have a problem with a profile mentioning things against TOS, Email VideoAdminAlpha directly. she'll handle it

I looked at the pic and it looked like not only was the head photoshopped on, but so were other parts of the body. it was a horrible pic, but that of a child? I couldn't say yes for sure.
