We have two collars and a token here. The heavy collar is used when we are alone, or among people who understand who we are. The seconded one is a simple thin black choker used for most public places. The token is for her work. Wearing a collar affects the money she makes and while she makes no attempt to hide that she is owned when talking to a person. Wearing one would just cut her income in half.

As for a Collar of Consideration etc. I by the time a submissive and I decide to accept each other, the consideration is over. I see no need for a Collar of training. People, needs, environment are always changing to start with. You are always training for something. As long as you are growing you are training.

Here's a good topic of discussion... what do you believe in most... the Single collar for a lifetime of servitude to symbolize that the slave is owned and her devotion to her Master or multiple collars (Collar of Consideration, Collar of Training, etc etc etc).

for me, a collar is more than something material. its a state of mind. one can dress it up however you please, but it cannot be put in place until the recipient is ready. once its there, thats where it remains.

i agree that there are those that like a material representaion of ownership, and i can understand the motivation/need behind that. its much better to choose something for this that can be worn all the time, as opposed to only in a scene senario. there are some nice torques etc that will suffice.

I have 47 levels of collars because my training program is 47 times harder than most people's.  Of course I am one of the few remaining members of the "Old Swiss Chard" of which there are all too few of us still breathing.

Michael,

You really should dump that Old Swiss Chard and come join us in the Old Swiss Cheese. We are Holier than Thou and, of course, have 69 levels of training which is much better than the mere 47 the Old Chard purports to have.

Besides, we get our cheese from Europe after it's been aging for 12 generations in our secret Cheese factory of which I may not speak except for, um.. what I just said about it.

Two collars is really all you need.

One for a leash (in case you need to walk the bitch).

And one with an electric zapper and remote control for obedience training.
