Howdy,
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank this site,and pay homage to a woman I met here, who will soon be my live-in, full-time, woman. Also I'd like to relate my experience in internet woman hunting, and maybe offer up a couple of tips that worked for me.
First, to Boundforfreedom, who is the simply the greatest woman I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She's kind, smart, funny, and cute. She, a submissive of some experience, active in her local community. Me, a 50ish, recently divorced,absolute newb. Her profile was one line ,"i have a question. Is there truly truth honesty trust and strength out there?" I would normally ignore one line profiles, nor do I send one word replies. This time though, I answered simply "Yes". We wrote a few C-mails back and forth. Somewhere along here she let slip that she rode her own motorcycle, at which point I was already half in love, I love girls who ride their own bikes.
As it happened, I was scheduled to attend some training seminars in her city, which is about 95 miles from me. It was a 2 day seminar, I was staying in a motel, and I arranged to meet her for dinner. Never have I met a woman to whom I could talk with so easily. There was instant rapport, and an incredible flow to the conversation. And I am not particularly talkative. We agreed to meet again, Friday next, as I had another seminar that day. I am sure she was not expecting me to step in and kiss her goodbye, I pretty much ran my face into her head when she jerked it up.
Next week came, and we met at a coffee shop. The plan, a long motorcycle ride. Her bike was not on the road; abused , uninspected, and needing tires. So, my trusty old FLH, a beautiful summers eve, the wilds of western NY, just the ticket. A funny thing, we met at a coffee shop, she in her car,when I suggested we leave her car in the parking lot of a nearby grocery store, she instead told me she'd be more comfortable with it in her own driveway, and did I mind following her home. I had not asked her for her home address, or phone number, figuring she would share those with me when she felt comfortable. Apparently, trust was established early. More so I believe after an hour on my pillion, you can tell a lot about a person by observing how they ride.
That was our first night together, nearly 6 months ago, and the rest will soon be history. CollarMe worked for me, all I had to do was be myself, not lie, be polite, and treat people as I would treat family. And to have faith, believe in myself, and be patient.
Thanks again to CollarMe, and all the people who contribute to make it what it is. I have learned a lot by reading these boards. And thanks especially to my girl boundforfreedom, for giving yourself so graciously to me.
