Modern Furniture

Some of these are really cool.
Some are very practical.
And some are VERY expensive (like the expandable round table - $90,000)

I love modern furniture. I love that it's functional and saves on space and storage. I would love to have a house like that...small, modern, functional, space-saving.

I've sorta got that right now with modern furniture and some space saving units but not like in that video. Maybe if I hit the lottery.

Saving space is the whole idea - I love space saving furniture designs, my house is kind of on the smallish side. I'd like to find plans for that chair.

I have a buffet that pulls out to make like a 9 foot table, very cool.

My bedroom is very long and narrow, but I have 10 foot ceilings - I've thought of building a loft bed, but hadn't thought of counterweighting it like that.
