Just joined this site and was a little disappointed to discover there's not a whole lot of female subs in my area, actually there are but they haven't logged on since like August which tells me they have moved on. Maybe I should broadened my search criteria, been searching for 30-45 year old subs. But I'm a bit skeptical of younger women. Am I being a too skeptical too think a 20 something sub would want a 40 something Dom?? Any one have suggestions??

The bay area in California is like ground zero to BDSM. I would suggest getting out and attending events because it is a huge community up there and there are tons of events.

Welcome! You might want to look at the state as a whole. I've noticed a lot of profiles don't list a city so city searches or zip searches don't always work. Personally, I meet more people on this (the forum) side than the personals side. Good luck.

You can google BDSM events and your city or put in your area on Fet Life. The bay area has one of the most active BDSM scenes in the country.
