Yankee stupidity

I have finally found a subject which should be fine here, as strange as it may sound.

I got this buddy, classified with the IRS as a non-taxpayer. They know right where he is and his over $100,000 a year is untaxed, just like his employees. The company is prosperous and part of that it due to the lack of taxes. He did it.

Years ago, he entertained a cherry girl, for the obvious reasons. She didn’t want money, she wanted crack. He found some, but the cherry girl was indeed an undercover cop. He did a very short time in the joint, and got out on shock parole.

After he met with his legal eagles, he walked out of the courtroom on a parole violation, his final words being "You simply do not have the jurisdiction". Smart guy right ?

Last year he sold a bag of weed to another plant. Busted. Not only did he sell to this guy, but let him know where the nursery was, in another city. They took all his plants and thousands worth of hydroponics equipment.

I am watching his legal maneuvers to get out of this one. He has personal one on one advise from an ex law professor. They have already dropped the charges once, therefore that is the basis for his path. The state dropped the charges, hoping the Feds would pick it up, they didn’t.

A few days past the 270 days, they re-picked up the charges, and added a few. Basically they can’t, but they did. They have brought charges twice for the same act, which is clearly double jeopardy.

Now, I am not here looking for advise, he is well versed in the common Law. If you want to discount the common Law as being valid, remember Kevorkian’s last trial in Michigan. They changed flags and the Judges removed their robes. These days, luckily they were clothed underneath.

They could not convict Kevorkian under Admiralty law. Why ? The jury was in the way.
If you are ever on a Jury, remember this, it is not for the Judge to give you instructions, you are the will of the People. You are supposed to give the Judge instructions, things that you want to know before deciding. And who the fuck are they to exclude any evidence from you ?

The court no longer seeks the truth, that is the only conclusion I can draw upon. Not having to do with this case, an American Citizen went to jail in Mexico for IMPORTING lobsters that, some of which were too small. I will get his name.

PS, yes that last one really did happen. Want his name so you can research it for yourself ?

Maybe a signature, but I ain't dead set on it :

We have a partnership of government, big business and the media, but it is not a consiparcy. Know why ? Successful conspirators define the word, even though their goal is obviously to take every dime they can get from us, and sap the true weazlth out of the country, it is not a conspiracy. Simply a partnership, with the most altruistic of reasons I am sure, they say so. But we are getting poorer and they are getting richer. Their altruism and generousity escapes me. They even refuse to do their jobs right.

They are so nice to us, you can expect to lose your hi-tech job and have to go screw bolt A into hole C making bombs. For minimum wage.

My Dad actually said it the other day, industry is gone, engineers follow, it will all be gone. They are selling the scrap steel wholesale. The only thing left is warriors. We will likely become a country of soldiers, that is all that is left.Soldier or salesman son, take your pick.

He is 68, and might just be right, he has seen the trend for a longer time.

This is a bit disturbing.

But since when has anything been the way it is suppose to be with any consistancy?

I still adhere to the belief that everything boils down to a matter of who you know, what you know and how well you can you disguise it.
