has anyone had ordering difficulties with cuffme.com? i placed an order 7 weeks ago and it's still listed as processing; it doesn't show that it's been shipped and i definitely haven't received it. i just submitted my second inquiry to the store owner (my first went unanswered).

i'm just curious to see if anyone else has had trouble with them, or similar experiences - or if this is just a fluke.

I recently had this kind of question about another site, and since it was a vanilla site, I found a website that had reviews and after reading 2 pages of posts from customers saying they either never received their products or they received the wrong ones and only ONE customer who was happy with their purchase...I decided to look elsewhere.

It may not exist for a site like you're dealing with since the market is "small" in comparison, but try google and see if you can maybe find a fetish review site or something. If it does exist it should be helpful.

I recently ordered something from an online retailer (not cuffme) that I've ordered from many times and find myself scratching my head wondering where the item is.  Emails to the owner are unanswered....so yes, I can relate.  Any number of things can come up and I prefer to think that life got in the way and my order will be processed soon. 

I did stumble upon a site that does reviews of BDSM online retailers and the site you mentioned wasn't listed but thought you and or others may like to check it out.  It's called Janesguide.com . They currently have 98 websites reviewed, everything from furniture to collars. 

All I can say is have faith and if you paid through paypal or visa...they can work on getting a refund if you don't receive the item soon.

thanks so much - yes, i payed with a visa checkcard. thank you both for your input, and i'll definitely check out janesguide, as i wans't having any luck searching for sites like that on google :)

yes i have heard of problems with that store, what are you looking for in particular? maybe i can suggest some web sites to you.

i ordered their chainmail anklet with the heartlock charm and bdsm emblem necklace. what i really need is the anklet, though - a somewhat thick chain-style anklet (preferably silver), with some kind of charm. :) *hugs* thanks so much.

i managed to find a similar anklet i really liked at a site approved by janesguide, so i went ahead and ordered it :) thanks everyone for their help. i'm now trying to get a response out of tiemeup about getting my money back...

Best luck with that, after reading what I saw about some sites...it's a whole ordeal, and even after that, one could end up with nothing.  Terrible.

Here's hoping yours won't be one of those scenarios and the refund will come quickly & easily [:D]
