That you are smoking in front of a cop is not evidence that you are impared? My question remains unanswered.


This is of course, just a guess... cause I never have these problems... simple roadside sobriety field examination and the circumstantial evidence I cited previously. In my state it'll stick just fine since if you refuse, you're not presumed on that basis 'intoxicated' on anything, but then it falls to the officer's testimonies (there's usually two affidavits in a Mass OUI case these days). And the cops have advance credibility. So here, what generally happens is that you get convicted of being 'under the influence of whatever they find evidence of being in your possession.

With a pen. And now that you've checked the 'I'm spookey' box on the form... that's about all I'm gonna share. The guy is my friend.

My point was that a thoracic surgeon would not typically be the one writing the script. That would be your gp who would of course be familiar with any work your thoracic surgeon friend may have done.

Ummm ... I'd say more like I am against prohibition of any kind.

And yeah, I think a LOT of moderates are in favor of a minimum wage more commensurate with what the worker contributes to the finished product. Exactly $20.... probably not.

Could you be confusing moderate with 'moderate republican'
