I think the phrase is "meh" easy come easy go he said CM needs..."a larger and more diverse user base" then a regular said that the posse needed him, is that not part of the problem? You are either in or out and many who could be in are hounded out without being given time to see how the land lies. check the numbers, not really... I am just here for fun but I imagine that a hell of a lot of people have been put off by the cliqueiness( that's not a word) and maybe by the modding( ditto) who could have been useful contributers to the site. Lets face it, some of the putdowns on here are pretty harsh and a lot of the time they seem to deliberately miss the point of the post just to have a go at someone, how exactly does that help the site? it is the internet after all, and while there needs to be some kind of censure against idiots there also needs to be a little bit of leeway given

TY, LaT. You've noticed that too? I'm preparing to start a thread there utilizing multiple topics, some of which are "fluff" and a couple of which are completely (dead) serious. Now I know that there will be some real shitheads, and some very sympathetic people. I'm going to do my best to avoid rising to the bait of the shitheads. I've pretty much decided on the topics (all germane to me and where I'm at/what I'm going through), but haven't decided on the wording. BTW, are you posting there under another nic? I would hope not. There are some who I feel shouldn't be down in the mud, and you've always struck me as an earthy, honest, no BS type. I think GT is too godd for most of them, but she's a big girl. Still haven't tried any pancakes.

I hate the layout and the forums, both in layout and content. There is nothing there to entice me to hang around.

I do not remember, although since you've apparently got such a good memory, that I wrote anything about leaving because my panties were wadded. I believe that my farewell was rather brief and left much doubt as to the whys and even if. It has been said repeatedly that when regular posters leave for any reason it is appreciated that it is noted. I knew I was going to be posting not at all for a period of time and less often thereafter. The whys did not matter. They still do not matter. Certainly not here. Although I will admit to actually utilizing some self control and removing myself at a time when things around here were quite toxic and many so called 'adults/master/mistresses' were behaving like fools. I prefer to avoid the gold bordered emails and rarely receive them. I prefer to police myself and find that my clean in-box and lack of [Awaiting Approval]. Since I've never had that sort of posting issue, I assume I've been successful. That time also coincided with a busy time at my main job, a big project in my business, and a couple of classes I was taking. None of those things apply at the moment, so alas all of you are stuck with me until things change again. Next time I feel the need to spend time away from the forums, I can, if you will remind me, list the myriad of reasons I feel it is necessary. If it makes you feel better. However, I do not mind that you wish to project whatever bullshit you would like to believe. It entertains me and says more about you than it does me. Please proceed.
