Messages without viewing profile?

Status: offline 		Not sure if this is the right place to post this...
I get messages from people who don't register as having viewed my profile... how is this possible?

The last one was from a supposed Dom 22 yr old male in some desolate US location, saying...
Hello,new on here,Have no pic yet but we can chat on cam if you want...

He clearly hadn't ready my profile. Does this happen to others, and how do they do it?

Status: offline 		you come by on the scrolll and you dont click into the profile, they wont show up.  and they can send you a message from the frontspiece without showing up...

Status: offline 		You can also view any profile without logging in (and you subsequently won't see them in "Who's Viewing Me") if you visit the main site page (www.collarme.com).  Try it and see.  It's possible that someone has viewed your profile, but they just weren't logged in when they did.

Sometimes I get the impression that the site does not faithfully report everyone who DID click on the profile. Not complaining, just observing. We have had someone who has written and commented on a particular interest We have, but never showed up on the "who's viewing me" list. They could only see the interests by actually going to the profile. So that is possible too (I think). But yea, you will get letters from people you are NOT looking for...consider it spam!

Status: offline 		I agree that there are site glitches aplenty here, additionally, they could be invisible profiles, which will show as somebody viewed you, but nobody viewed you......

Status: offline 		On the homepage where profiles scroll through, you can send someone a "quick message" without having viewed the whole profile.

That would explain where you are getting them from.

I did wonder why someone was interested in talking with me, without having even seen my profile. I assumed it was some sort of scam.
He clearly didn't read it properly anyway, or he'd have known he'd be turned down.... ho hum.

currently online now, and copy and paste the same message to as many as they can.
Perhaps they think there is strength in numbers..quantity over quality, etc.
You can see this list directly below the profile section that appears on the front page.
