Hello, I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a male sub in Houston seeking a woman around my age who is interested in a slave and keeping a sub male locked up in long-term chastity (steel Lori tube locked through PA piercing... no junky plastic stuff that can be instantly removed). But I gotta say, I'm not sure what to make of this place. I get the strong feeling that very few profiles are legit. First of all it seems like at least 90% of [people claiming to be] women are just here looking for money... "tribute" and "financial domination". And then I've noticed many profiles are copied word for word from one person to another. That's particularly true for the profiles with professionally-shot photos of extremely attractive young models. At least they're up front about just wanting money - paypal me, get me Best Buy gift cards, etc. That's just really sleazy, and I bet the ip addresses end up in Nigeria.

Honestly, am I totally wasting my time here?

Hi, brm.  Welcome to collarme.

You have two choices:

1. Keep leading with your fetishes, and expect to pay a pro Domme.
2. Concentrate on meeting a Dominant woman.  Someone you can spend time with, go to dinner, talk about your days, etc.  (I'd also take her for a picnic.)  IF she cares about you and sees you want chastity, she'll likely do it if you meet her needs as well.

Your problem is that your profile says you want a woman to fulfill your fetish.  So either pay a woman money/tribute, or pay her with time, attention, and affection.

I figured there are women out there who are into being mistresses, having slaves, etc. Maybe I'm wrong about that. In fact, it looks like I am (some will do it as a means of getting money, but it's not really what they're into). Oh well.

I'm a lifestyle (nontribute) dominant, so I know they exist on CM. But I require full involvement of a potential partner in every arena, including vanilla. It might be less work for someone who wants to dictate what chastity device to use on him to just pay the going rate to a drive-thru McDomme. Generally, those are your choices.

You apparently missed what Steven was saying. If you're looking for a dominant woman to fulfill your fetishes, then you're dealing with someone that you're going to have to pay. Dominant women are women first and dislike being viewed as a fetish delivery system.

If, however, you choose to approach a women and present yourself as a whole human being, you'll find it easier to find a Domme.

Houston has a scene, right? I know Dallas has a very active one. Leave the house and meet people, and you'll have to sift through fewer scammers.

Re the chastity thing... if you just want a keyholder, pay a pro. Way simpler all around. I know that if someone came to ME and said they wanted THIS device and no other? It wouldn't go over well.

This is a free internet site.  As such you get all kinds of people on here with all kinds of agendas.  When I started on the internet 13 years ago I was told that fully 90%+ people I met online where not who or what they say they are.  The odds have not changed over the years. 

To increase your own odds please think about attending a munch or event near you.  The FAQs give you a way to find those munches or events if you can't google BDSM and your state or city.  At munches and events you will find that over 90% of the people you meet ARE really into BDSM.  So you have increased your odds of finding like minded people by a whole hell of a lot.

And then there are those that claim to be male slaves in the hopes they can be put in chastity.
But not just any chastity mind you!
I believe there is something here for everybody, but there's a bit of clutter you may have to
dig through to find it. Along with the previous advice of getting involved in your local community,
stick around on the forums here and start interacting with others. They have some fun threads in
Humor and Games, as well as in Off Topic. There is also an Ask A Mistress thread, where you can
show off your charm.
