no we cannot provide that due to the cost involved but the caregiver/house keeper will be free to live in the home without any bills if the other option is chosen they will be only responsible for there half of the bills so in short caregiver housekeeper is no bills room and board for doing this the roommate will share everything with the household both will be sub\slave your choice to both of us NO FORM OF PAYMENT IS FOR THIS just want to make sure that there's no miss conceptions so everyone knows we are not looking for a prostitute

And if they choose "nanny hose keeper" are you providing health insurance and escape/retirement accounts?

That didn't answer the question.

So, basically, you expect someone to have no income of their own, take care of your kids and house, not have health insurance and no way to pay for illnesses.

BurntKitty -> RE: looking for sub to join me and wife (3/31/2012 7:27:34 PM)

Pretty much. Since he's not paying for her "services" which include sex. He wants a free 'hose' keeper & nanny.
Is Mary Poppins available?

TNDommeK -> RE: looking for sub to join me and wife (3/31/2012 8:08:54 PM)

Just a spoon of sugar helps the medicine go down! (<--taken from Mary Poppins movie)

poise -> RE: looking for sub to join me and wife (4/1/2012 6:43:42 AM)

Thank you, TNDomme. I'm not sure what's worse.
Imagining a kinky Mary Poppins, or this ear worm.

BurntKitty -> RE: looking for sub to join me and wife (4/1/2012 11:49:33 AM)

Mary Poppins was a dirty nanny.

She came with her own chimney sweep, after all. (How many double entendres are there?)

That chimney sweep is a sadist. Just look at the bristles on that humongous brush!

i dont know about were everyone els lives but here in my state if you pay in any way including health ins car anything it classifieds as soliciting we dont have any issues with them getting a job or anything but mostly looking for a playmate for us and if the person wants to not pay electric water rent we would want them to be a house keeper care giver if not then same as a roommate i dont know any other way to say it he was a master and was used to giving orders not asking and shes new to it so hope i cleared it up a bit

BurntKitty -> RE: looking for sub to join me and wife (4/1/2012 10:07:19 PM)

Clear as mud. Perhaps with punctuation you'd be able to clarify yourself.

A housekeeper would be given a salary, health ins, etc. It seems you want that person to also take care of your kids. That's two full time jobs.

Good luck, with all that.

This has been brought up before, but I don't think you thought it pertained to your situation.  If you provide something for someone such as room and board you are required to put a dollar amount on those services and report that as income to the IRS.  The person who is doing the cleaning and babysitting must then fill out a proper tax return and pay taxes on the fair market value of what they have received.  If you do not report this as income some day the IRS can come back to you.  Remember several years ago a prominant couple in WA, DC were caught because they were not reporting their live in maid's income?

So, IF as you say it would be soliciting to provide cash money, and now realizing that goods and services are valued the same as cash with the IRS, you are soliciting by your own definition.  So it's okay to give the lady some income so she can pay for health insurance and set aside for an IRA.  It'a all the same.

I am so sorry.  I forgot this was in the Introduce Yourself forum.  I should have said Welcome to Collarme.  May you find what you seek.

It had been elsewhere and was moved....

OP, I'll bold this for you so that maybe it will sink in:

The person who is doing the cleaning and babysitting must then fill out a proper tax return and pay taxes on the fair market value of what they have received.
