I am a sub under a wonderful Dom. We are wanting some slaves and he wants me to train them. I have been a sub for many years under another Dom but this is the first time I have had to train. can you give me any suggestions? I want to please my Dom so much I don't want to fail. SirC's Toy, Sweet

Why don't you ask your dom how he wants them trained?

If you wat to train them in a way your Dom would like, have you asked him for what he wants you to train them to do? Usually if someone delegates and wants a specific result, they give you SOME idea of what that result is. I suppose you could just trainn them the way you were trained, or at least to know the things you know, etc. :p he's happy with you, right? So could you use yourself as a template? :p

what do you want "some slaves" for? first decide the answer to that question, then perhaps lower those expectations to one slave... as one is hard enough to come by... then ask the 'him' what he wants... since you seem not to know... and then rethink it.. cause its not all that easy to come up with a third for an excisting relationship... especially because half the time, these situations sound like a couple wants cinderella... to take care of all the shit work around the house... and I want one too, so train one up for me please.. better yet, if they come to the relationship knowing how to clean, fix cars and take care of cats .. then they're all trained up.. as far as I'm concerned.... "some slaves" is extremely unrealistic... and if you want them for something, then train them for that.. if he does, then he does the training and ps.. the more I think about it, the more I know I'm wanting "some slaves" too.... and I can train 'em just send 'em over

If he is a dom in the true sense of the word... why wouldn't he be training her? I can see you giving an assist here and there, but it seems to me, a true sense of the word dom, would do his own training or at least tell you how to do it. lol Not that I think there is a true sense of the word dom... but hey, whatever floats your boat. I would think the term is being used to prove something, which this thread rather rips apart in my opinion. My household.. I'm lead... I lead. I may delegate, but not when it comes to 'training'. I stick with... if you want something done right... do it yourself. [;)]

At a guess (and that's all this is - a guess); I'm thinking he might be wanting you to familiarize the new gal with the things he expects. I sort of expect this of my ladies. If a new girl is added to the mix, I expect the others to help her; to "clue her in", "give her the lay of the land". However you choose to put it. Not so much training but the kind of friendly advice that older employees might give to new employees or that older siblings might give to their younger counter-parts about "how to keep mom and dad happy". I have found that sometimes, it is easier for submissives to communicate with each other; whether this is because the newer one is not quite as trusting of the situation or maybe it's just the "sisterly bond" that a good number of ladies seem to have. I am not talking about complete delegation; just some helpful reinforcement of what I teach. Peace and comfort, Michael

I can totally see that DaddySatyr and would think that works very well on many fronts, but total training... I don't see the real benefit in because you lose far too much in bonding, building and relating. I can't see having someone else teach, even if I taught them, the other person may not see what I see in a submissive and might wish to modify or something. If I were to use one submissive to train another... they sure would have some idea and guidelines of how I wanted that done. I wouldn't leave it to strangers or set them up to fail by not guiding them through it.

About all I can imagine is that the op should start a butler's book. Does he take coffee or tea and how does he like it? Hospital corners on the sheets or loose? What foods he likes, what he dislikes. That kind of thing.

Why wouldn't he train them himself? I would do the job myself, not pass it off to someone else. Who knows better what I want than I do? NBMG

My [sm=2cents.gif] here.Asking someone else to train your slaves is like asking them to go get a tailor made suit made for the suits final owner and the owner never step foot in the shop.Yes,you might get the color and style right...but it probably will not fit him right.I would never ever ask anyone to do what I see as what I should be doing.Seeing you trying to do it to please your Dom shows you are trying to honor his wishes but in the end I do not see this turning out well.

The op says... we are wanting some slaves, which could mean, that she will top or dominate them and be submissive to her dominant. Training in this situation may include her being dominant and asking for a bit of help in how to do that could be understandable I guess, but I don't get it. Why a dominant would want his submissive to please him by training someone else in a poly type situation which is even more complicated, without some manner of instruction on how to accomplish this, makes me think someone is neglecting some very important things. Since it is so hard to find a third or a quality poly situation, I doubt any of this will be actually needed, but if they get that rare blessing, they might consider reconsidering how they plan to make this happen. I don't see the skill set to actually make it work from either the profile or this thread.

Welcome to the message board, Sweet. I see you have already accomplished the daunting task of acquiring a slave to join you and your Dom, in under a weeks time no less, so props to you. What was the purpose of your wanting a slave to join your relationship in the first place? The answer to that will help you figure out amongst the three of you what you wish her to learn. There have also been an abundance of previous Training threads prior to your arrival on the boards. You may find more answers there.
