Any suggestions to free cam recording software that would record a webcam.
I've hacked a logitech 9000 Pro to have no more lense on it, and I can hook it up to my telescope however the recording software with creative kinda sucks.

Anybody have any suggestions for camera recording software that would allow for specific resolution of image and or video recording?

I'd like as high resolution possible capture taking as possible.

Go to Sourceforge: In my experience they are a very reliable repository
for open source software. Here is the link to their Video Page. Something
on that list should do it. It is recently updated.

Also if your hack for the Logitech works well you could pay the open source
community back by contributing it. Win/Win.

Also if you are interested in astrophotography don't miss http://www.perseus.gr/
He has some incredible photos there. Here is one of his most famous pictures.
He also has many more with less landscape, more purist astrophotography.

I may wait until March 8th to get a full moon face shot. I gather tonight is just a crest.
