i would try simply consuming a little extra salt. when i was still in construction, before the economy collapse, i would sweat a lot, salt makes you retain water. so i would always have something like sunflower seeds, just to keep getting some extra salt, and it helped to minimize the sweating and keep from dehydrating too fast. i would also add to make sure you drink plenty of water if you are sweating a lot. you can get dehydrated very fast, if you stop sweating make sure you get some water, that is a sign of being very dehydrated.
