What Gingrich should've said was: "You can't put a gun rack in a Volt without looking like some over-pussified, dingbat, city-slicker-who-wouldn't-last-ten-minutes-in-the-woods, real man wannabe and failing miserably at it." Sorry folks, but that's the way I see it. Gun racks and Volts just don't mix. It'd be like driving a Yugo in the Indy 500.

When the Berlin wall fell, we got to find out the sort of cars they drove in the East Bloc. The Yugo was a Eastern European car that someone realized would be so cheap in US dollars that they decided to import them (there was a Levi commercial of some guy trading a pair of Levi's jeans for a Yugo). Unfortunately they were worth what you paid for them...

A Yugo was some popsickle sticks, rubber bands, Elemer's glue and spray paint lumped together to resemble a car. In other words, a triumph of the command economy. I think the only thing a Yugo was compliant with was the American Mortuary Society's monthly quota.
