What is the purpose of this argument?
If it is to determine who is "right," I would posit that legal minds would be of more use, and no one so far has disclosed a law practice.
For that matter, it doesn't really matter what a fetish forum determines, a court of law is the only place that matters.
If it is to convince others that you are "right," I doubt anything posted on the thread would convince anyone of anything they didn't already believe.
If it is to be the last poster, I win! (for now).

There is a voicebox or two that has looked at this thread, and figured out what is the sense of posting the law on this thread, when the self-styled guru of the law is an imbecile (meaning:  not understanding the law and ever unlikely to).  by definition in Blacks Law dictionary.

I do not need to study other probably violations to state this is a violation since they never were brought into court. a complete waste of time as it would change nohtintg.

Daddy died in car accident in 1982, law is for the living, which (and you should look this term up, its another one you dont seem to know) MOOT in terms of his right to force a citizenship on a minor child.

So, when you get one credible and relevant fact (something you havent done yet to date ever, let alone on this thread) that could be an issue here give us a wake up. 

More frivolous irrelevant tinfoil passed off as true, without foundation or citation, as all your other frivolous and prevaricating statements are.  Not a killer argument anywhere, let alone in a legal discussion.

Pure and simple.....rest assured....after 3+ years SOMEONE would have dealt with this issue.

If they could start a renegade effort as to Bill getting a blow job (a fairly nominal event.....I'd hope), certainly citizenship would seem one that would garner someone's attention.
