Sometimes being kinky means you are turned on by unethical, immoral things you object to. I still remember when a lot of the police abuse tapes from Egypt were released to the public, it was difficult to watch them without being aroused, even though I was appalled by what they contained on a moral and emotional level.
There's no reason to feel bad about having a sexual reaction to this type of material, but I do find it a little distasteful to celebrate others misery and worrisome to connect consensual kink with exploitation of third world workers.
