when I was a member of the WordForge community this was a fairly popular little thing---Ill ask 10 questions per week on a particular subject

first subject----music trivia

1. a member of the Kingston Trio in the 60's his biggest solo hit also featured members of Fleetwood Mac

2. the Beatles movies in order of their release---from first to last

3. He sang lead on Elvin Bishop's "Fooled Around And Fell in Love" and later joined Starship as thier lead singer

4. Elvis Presley's last top 10 hit

5.Before embarking on a solo career he played guitar in Linda Ronsstadt's band--his biggest seller was 1976's "Lonely Boy"

6. According to BillBoard magazine---Fats Domino had how many #1 singles

7. Dick Clark tried to get Bobby darin not to release this song as a single--telling him it would ruin his career

8.Buck Owens' backup band

9. She hit first in 1966 with a song called "Society's Child" and to keep her from being a one hit wonder she hit again in 1975 with "At Seventeen"

10. According to BillBoard magazine the only Merle Haggard single to cross over onto the pop charts

Reminds me of playing trivial pursuit many years ago. I could answer five of the six categories but never knew any of the music ones. My ex would eventually get an easy question in the other five and always win because he was the all time music trivia king.
