Glycerine suppositories help. or you can go for the old school GI cleansing they used to use before they had the drugs... prune juice 6 times a day chased with two tablespoons of olive or mineral oil. BTW... you won't feel like doing ANYTHING but running between the bed and toilet on that one.

If you're just looking for the lower parts of your colon to be cleaned, a fleet enema bottle (empty it and use water) used over and over will generally clean you out well enough. If you want all the way through to your ascending colon then an enema bag or shower system (prefer bags personally) will probably be needed or some wicked laxatives. I don't use laxatives generally though so I'm not sure how well that works.
