A few months ago I posted this thread about new camera technology coming to the market. New Camera Technology: Shoot Picture Then Choose Focus Later! Well they wasted no time here is an early test in the Wall Street Journal. "I've been testing the Lytro and found it does just what it says. I was able to take rapid-fire shots that looked good on my computer, and that could be focused and refocused, uploaded to the Internet and shared. I consider it a revolution in consumer photography, with more benefits to come." Before you rush to break your piggy bank I suggest you read the whole article. "But as in most revolutions, there are some downsides and trade-offs to the Lytro, at least at launch. For instance,.................". It is an interesting start. But I think the "more benefits to come" part is most interesting.
