My experience with Collarme turned out to be awesome. It only took 6 years, lol.
In the end it was well worth it because I have found the lady of my dreams; literally. I just didn’t expect it to take so long. I met a few ladies along the way on other sites and had some relationships, so it wasn’t really 6 years of searching on this one site. But it was Cm that brought us together.
We are an interracial couple. For the last 22 years I’ve had a preference for black ladies. Finding a submissive black lady in Austin Texas turned out to be challenging. Finding someone that is compatible for the long-term isn’t all that easy in vanilla life. Finding that submissive black lady in Austin that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with was beginning to get frustrating.
It wasn’t hard to realize that I would need to search outside of Austin or possibly even Texas to find her. Occasionally there was someone that looked like a possibility, but even though there profile said “willing to relocate” that usually meant across town or at best in the same state.
Meeting someone in Georgia sounded good, but would she be willing to move 955 miles away from home? Mochasub sounded perfect for me, but her profile didn't say anything about relocating. I wrote her a letter and introduced myself. We wrote a few times, then spoke on the phone shortly after and I new the first time we spoke, that she was the girl for me.
Three weeks later I flew to Georgia, we spent 5 days together and that was enough for us to realize that it really was love at first sight. The answer turned out to be yes; a few weeks later she sold most of her belongings and drove to Texas.
She moved October 2011 and we are approaching our sixth month together, but it seems like it’s been longer. We seem to get closer every day. I know that I have found my best friend, my true soul-mate and the lady that I’ve dreamt about for many, many years. She was worth the wait. I just wish that we could have met sooner.
Although Collarme has its problems, overall it’s a very user friendly dating site and of course it’s free. Because it is free it gets abused, but it really is better than any other pay site out there. If you are serious and you hang in their, you can find the one.
My only advice is be real and honest. Write something that comes from your heart and not from your loins or a copy and paste. Read the profile and let them know what you liked about them. You probably hate one liner’s, most people do too! Keep in mind that the ladies get a lot more inquires than the guys do and don’t take it personal if you don’t get a reply; she may have gotten 100+ messages that day; especially a new profile.
Your message will stand out if it is well written and you have something meaningful to say. This doesn’t mean that she (or he) will reply, so don’t take it personally. Just don’t give up and keep in mind that she is looking for you too!
