Back on topic though. I think the point of a profile picture is to say something about the person that posted it. The cartoons do that. As do actual pictures of the person. Or pictures of flowers or dragons or anything else.

*oh* and as for peons profile....I didn't even think about looking. A stick is a stick and a dick is a dick and nine out of ten naked men just look uncomfortable naked. If I want to see a man look uncomfortable I'll make the livein walk around naked.

And yes, any picture that someone puts up says something about them - but most of the pictures I see say "all I give a crap about is my kink, and it doesn't matter to me who gets me off"

But isn't that a good thing? I mean I have had my car worked on before. Some times by men that knew what they were doing, some times by men that didn't know what they were doing. But all their signs just said Mechanic. If the last bad one had a picture of a monkey playing wih firecrackers I would have known to take my car some place else. Aren't bad profiles just pictures of monkeys playing with firecrackers?

And yeah, they are. But as we're still looking for someone to add to our family - it would be nice if there were fewer firework obsessed monkeys out there and more people who understand that WE are people too.

A lot of women come on here complaining about the fact that men won't read their profiles before writing to them. Well, I'm the same with the pics on my profile. So few women write to tell me how handsome I am and what evil things they'd like to do with my body! I think it's very brutish and insensitive of them not to. Frankly, it regularly causes me to weep softly into my pillow at nights. :-(
