Canadians too violent for Cheney

Status: offline 		snicker, yes artistic license for the title, meh, bitch if you wish
but yes... last year the shooter got trapped for seven hours(according to reports) waiting for security to get rid of some "thugs". who were protesting against him as being a war criminal. .
Now , fast forward to today, He has cancelled a speaking engagement in toronto because of the "possibilities of more protests" and security issues.
I do find it amusing that in the article, the organiser of the speaking engagement said "The upshot, is that discussion over American policy on such issues as Guantanamo Bay or the Iraq war is being silenced.""You lost that conversation because you're talking about a group of thugs," Ruppert said.
Of course, the guy was charging between 79$- 595$ a plate, and hoping for 5000 people, I think he may be more worried about the bottom line than silencing discussion on the reality of Cheney being seen as a war criminal.

Now who is afraid of Canada?

I fear a war being announced , if, a republican gets in in november

Status: offline 		I seriously doubt all those "thugs" protesting are Canadians tho.. I expect Cheney has a following of "thugs" from around the world..

and considering that the Press Freedom Ranking of Canada is 10 versus the ranking of the US as.. 47th.. it could partly also have to do with that lack of his/US control over the press in Canada.. (take a look at some of the countries that rank higher than the US.. S Africa, N Korea, etc)

Yeah, what would you know about it? You live in Colorado! I live right near the border and I can tell that Canadians are a violent and nasty people. They want to oppress us and force us to say "zed" instead of "zee," eat their shitty chicken wings, and use the metric system. Border raids are frequent. They swarm across the Niagara River swinging their hockey sticks and chucking beer bottles at us while trained flying squirrels dive bomb us. I have to fight them off with my shotgun three or four times a night on average. It's a dirty, dangerous job but someone has to do it.
