Hi there. First off, your use of all caps will turn off a sizable portion of people. That's something you can change easily. Then, I'm unclear what you want. If you want a woman to spank you in unpaid sessions, forget it. They get plenty of offers all the time, and some make a business out of it. But if you want a man, you'll have better luck. I'd recommend putting an ad on your local craigslist. Good luck, and if you want to try sex with a man as well, make sure you have him get tested.

As the other posters have mentioned, lose the caps. It's simply "netiquette." Look into local munches and spanking groups. Get involved in them. Meet people in real life. Good luck in your search.

Everything that is worth having requires some sort of investment- it doesn't have to be financial, but it has to be something of worth to the other person. What are you prepared to offer, besides a body to spank? Think about it and present that in the best possible way. Good luck finding what you seek!
