confused about why Master wants slave to wear harness and pull cart. any suggestions?

suggestion number 1 - Ask Him - it is the only way to find out why He wants you to

suggestion number 2 - maybe he wants to help you learn humility - or maybe he just wants to humiliate you - or maybe he has a fetish about pony play - or (you get the idea)
