I met my Master here on Cm.  He sent me a one  ;lner"whre in NY do you livr" I respomded and we reazlized we only lived 2 towns from each other.  That led to talking on line then by phone every day and 2 months later i met him.  I know i liked his voice and personallity  and his looks matched.  We clicked and we have been together 6 years last month.  We are still vey much in love and going strong.

My best friend on here (she never comes to this side) put up her profile to "see what the lifestyle was about and meet friends". A few days later she replied to an email. They talked on CM for a few days, then moved to chat/cam, then talking on the phone. Then she relocated to Him, and so far she has been there for four years. She is incredibly happy...which makes Me happy. So there are great stories and great success here. I have found a few of Mine here but mostly on vanilla sites as well.

I met my last girl in a hot tub at a local party, things progressed from there, lasted a little over a year before we had to part ways, our futures were headed in different directions, it was a great relationship and we keep in touch. I think most people find thier next great adventure where they least expect it.

I dont find my Doms, they find me. I've had four. Sometimes things work out, mostly not. I never actively seek and never expect too much.

I met him almost 15 years ago in one of the old yahoo chat rooms, called the Rape Room (for those with rape fantasies.) He lived in Alaska, I lived in Chgo and was moving to NC. Obviously we couldn't meet for coffee !

We've had our ups and downs and even broke up for awhile, but we've always been best friends throughout it all.

Met in a Yahoo BDSM chatroom 8 years ago. Fell out of touch for a long time but fate intervened and brought us back together for a reason. Met, stayed at his home for 3 months, fell in love and now I can't imagine a life without him. [sm=hearts.gif]

I met my Master six years ago when we lived in the same apartment building in Yakima. I was friends with his roommate at the time and he introduced me to Master. We were all friends and hung out a lot. We've been best friends ever since. Then, two years ago after he had moved away to Portland and I had been with a guy and had a couple of children, we confessed attraction to one another. I went to see him, but things went sort of sour so I went back to my kids' dad. Then this past Thanksgiving, we finally got together as a couple. He explained how much he loved me and wanted to be with me. He also told me he'd never been able to get me out of his head or heart.

Now, I live with his mom until our marriage. I had been feeling that I wanted him to take control of everything when I first moved in with his parents. I told him my feelings and then he admitted to being a dominant and had wanted to have a submissive. I said that sounded interesting. Then when I went to Bible Study Fellowship, I kept getting the verses coming up about submission and wives submitting to their husbands, etc. I began to say yes, that's exactly what I want with Josh. I want to be that kind of woman for him.

So, then we had another discussion and I told him how I felt. Then I started reading and talking to him about BDSM. We started looking at toys and equipment and then I told him I wanted a collar. We both love cats, big or small, and he said he would love to get me a collar. While I was looking for a collar we stumbled across the collaring ceremony. Then we decided this was the lifestyle for us. Everything about it was appealing and so hot. And I want to submit completely in everything to Master. I want to please him and I want to make him happy. And now I also have decided I want to only give my body to him and no one else. Just him. I want him to lead and take complete control and he has. :)

As I said in my post, I'm a total noob here. Honestly, by reading some of the Doms' profiles, I thought that the way of approaching them would be more ehm "direct", but I see that's not the way. I love how most of you have been finding real relationships and not just kinky fuckfriends. I'd love to get there some day.

I know how to approach women and I'm kind of successful with it, but in my "history" I haven't been able to find someone to share this kind of kinks. Not even on stable and over 3 year relationships I've been able to fully express me and therefore, I'm feeling very frustrated.

As for what I want, well, I'll need to think more about it and come with a simple paragraph that truly express what I'm looking for, both to give and receive. Thanks again for all your advise! I'll also update my pics and my journal.

Still, keep on posting your stories, they're inspiring!

Master and I have been friends for 15 years, together for 12, married for 11. Long term relationships are possible, but remember it requires effort from both sides.

He had a really well thought out profile and sounded like exactly what I was looking for so I approached.

We talked intensly for weeks then met for coffee and ended up spending hours together..

We grew closer over the next 18 months learning each other and then after 18 months had an official relationship...

I met my bf at a local rope night. He'd gone out to a previous event because he'd noticed I'd said I was going and thought I was cute (I ended up not going because I was hanging out with my room mate) but was apparently surprised when we were both at the rope event. We got to talking and I invited him to come have some dinner with me, which was totally out of character LOL. We're moving in together in May [:)]
