I will admit I woke up in a funk....so maybe I am truly being a Bitch today.[:@] So help Me out. I have been somewhat annoyed with the T&A ads on Collarme. I only recently returned after being gone for almost a year. This site has changed. I know the site has to be maintained and funds are needed to do so. But the last straw was when I signed on today and saw BOUND AND BANGED. I feel like I am at a partial porn site!! I love the community but the ads are really starting to turn Me off. NO PISS ME OFF![sm=sodoff.gif] So My fellow Dominants...should I pull the cork out of My ass...or should I be justified in being pissed off about seeing T&A all the time. It's not like I get to see the men showing off merchandise, or crawling, begging, being tortured. All I see are young Women half covered and/or exposing themselves.[sm=ofcourse.gif]

Can't say I have seen the ads, but why not get some site that offers the lady's somethink too look at as well for fairness sake :-) I wouldn't mind that, though I straight. But funds are important, perhaps there is an paypal account for collarme where the community could give some amount to the CM owners to try to minimize the ads. About angry - I can understand you, but without CM, where would we all be.

What pisses Me off about the ads is the false advertising, they key in on your area-code then they say the women in the pics are from your town LMFKAO... They must think all the guys are so horny they're Gullible Gullivers...

ROFL - I took the time to look at the ads and I must agree with MasterRenegade77 - I don't remember that many females living in the suburbs I live in - especially that exotic looking. :-)

They can either foot the bill or get revenue from ads. If they made it a pay site they would have like 1% of its current membership paying and the rest would leave. But then you already know that.

While I'm curious just how many active members would remain if they were to turn this into a pay site, it's a pointless discussion to become involved with since TPTB have already said it wasn't going to happen. However, with what's been posted here recently, I'm not so sure that charging a membership fee would be a bad thing. It would certainly have the beneficial effect of reducing the number of trolls and people whose only reason for being here is to disrupt things. ~stef

Viola! Ass-be-gone!

That being said, since CM generates revenue from the ad hits, every so often I click on everything, until the screen asks for money. lol

I couldn't read the entire thread, so sorry if this has been asked, but has anyone else been getting popups when they visit the site? I started getting them regularly, not too long after the ads started. The ads may have actually already been here when I first joined, I can quite recall. In any case, the ads don't bother me, and although the popups are an inconvenience, it's well worth it considering the site wouldn't exist without them.

Thanks for the info &, yikes. It's probably because my beloved one's been downloading porn onto my computer...all the popups I get are for porn sites. I'll nag him about it once I know for sure he's asleep [:-] lol
